Is it LAWFUL to kill animals?

filthy dirty rags
One thing is for sure, the Bride of Christ doesn't wear filthy rags, She wears the Righteousness of the Saints, and those who show up at the wedding without a wedding garment, go down to otter darkness.

That verse is saying that God sees what We think are good works as dirty rags. Which is why what we think are good works for salvation, aren't needed or wanted by God. The blood of Jesus Christ that was she'd on the cross is all that's needed for a person's salvation.

God sees what We think are good works as dirty rags
If God sees anyone in dirty rags at His wedding, He will bind them hand and foot and cast them down to outter darkness. The blood of Jesus is for His Saints, or His Bride, who wears the Righteousness of the Saints, because She loves Him, that is, she keeps His commandments and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

all that's needed for a person's salvation.
-I hope you stop speaking against the Word, because the Witness of the Word is greater.

Luke 13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

-The Bride of Christ is those that love Him. He will not marry anyone who doesn't love Him. There must be love in a marriage. Christ first loved us. If you love Him, keep His commandments.

That is talking about our natural conditions before our salvation. The here and now.

John3:3-- vs 15 & 16. That who so ever believes on Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

who so ever believes on Him
James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

-You claimed to be saved, why would you argue against loving Christ? Do you think He will marry those who don't love Him? -That is no marriage.

Jesus Christ isn't going to marry anyone. That's not what bring a bride of Christ means.

You hav a real talent for misapplying scripture.

That's not what bring a bride of Christ means.
Chapter and verse? Or just your own understanding? -Because there are references to the wedding of the Lamb, the Bridegroom, and the Bride. And the way the Bride loves the Bridgroom is by keeping His commandments. If you are going to reject this, you must do it with Scripture, if you can. Because there are Scriptures for all these statements, and I've already shown you most of the verses.

Will someone please stop the merry go round? LOL I am sure not angry when some will disagree, it is like going to a high mountain Top we all stand in different places on that Mountain, so I ask each person what do you see from where you are at? They tell me, Hey I do not see that! LOL From my view I see and speak that view.

The point! Can I change your mind about what you see from where you are standing?? No of Course not! I just enjoy, even though I may even strongly disagree, I cannot change the mind of another!! Holy Spirit then tells me, are you, my servant? Yes, Lord I reply, then walk over to where they are, so that you can have further knowledge. The point is that the other person to where you are walking to knows you care. Just a thought, blessing all!

I'm realizing that you simply like to play verbal gymnastics with scripture. So be it -- enjoy your playing but by yourself. Or with whomever else wants to continue.

verbal gymnastics
I provided Scripture, you didn't. You just don't want to accept the Word, maybe one day. There is no "verbal gymnastics" about loving Him. Why does the Love of God offend you? Don't you think we should love Him?

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

It's your misapplying scripture that I'm talking about. It's what I can verbal gymnastics.

The works talked about in scripture are what we can do for God after our salvation takes place.

We Are to love the lord our God with all our heart soul and mind and then we'll have the desire To love whomever our neighbor is.

When we know that God wants us to do a retain thing, but we don't or won't do it. That is sin. And that would apply to after our salvation.

Glad he will not be our Judge! Yikes! lol for just as he judges, us which he should never do ( Rom 2:1-5) shall he also be judged!

It's your misapplying scripture that I'm talking about.
You saying I'm misapplying Scripture proves nothing, neither do you show what Scripture.
after our salvation takes place
No, because He will not justify the ungodly, the wicked must repent first, love Him, and then he will be justified, because he is righteous indeed.

Exodus 23:7 [...] I will not justify the wicked.

Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

Proverbs 24:24 He that saith unto the wicked, Thou are righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:

53 Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.

155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.

Proverbs 4:4 He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.

Proverbs 7:2 Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.

Ezekiel 18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Of course there's the need for repenting as part of salvation. But it's not a good work. Because Ephesians 2 passage says Not of works , lest sny man should boast'.

There are lots of good people in this world and don't see their personal need For a Savior. But Romans tells us that everyone has sinned and come short of the glory of God. And the payment for our sinning is death. We deserve everlasting life in lake of fire and brimstone rather than in heaven. Which will actually be in the New Jerusalem which God, Himself will bring some from heaven. And that is found in the last couples of chapters of Revelation.

Salvation is available to all Now because of the cross..

Because Ephesians 2 passage says Not of works
I know, now choose whom will ye serve.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

John 14:If ye love me, keep my commandments.

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Luke 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

John 15:14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Daniel -- the problem is that this started out with your assumption that all of mankind and the animal world are brothers and sisters. And we know that That is not the case.

You continue to do the same thing. And since you use scripture Now -- God's Word is correct -- but it's use isn't always.

your assumption that all of mankind and the animal world are brothers and sisters
It's not an assumption, it is a deduction from the fact that the Same Father created both man and animals. And if the Same Father created them both, we deduce they are brothers because they have the same Father.
God's Word is correct -- but it's use isn't always.
Yes, I'm glad we agree on that, so when Jesus says we need to keep the commandments in order to live, or that unless you repent you shall all likewise perish, we should believe Him. And if any man say "not of works", the Witness of God is greater, so we should believe Jesus, He is the Way, the Only Way.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

It was not a man saying "not of works" it was God's Word telling us that. . It's called God's inspired word given to men so that we can have those words to read.

It is just one witness of men, but it doesn't matter, the Way to the Father is Jesus, not Paul. So, if you want to go to the Father you follow what Jesus says, not Paul. And Jesus says that if we keep His commandments we shall live. Anything that goes against the Word of God is false doctrine. Jesus is the Word of God, not Paul.
