A friend of the family had a near death experience a few years ago. Most people see a white light, or feel themselves being lifted towards one. John had a much different experience; he was convinced he was in heaven. It is something that I doubt any scientist could fully explain.
John died for only a few minutes, but it seemed much longer to him. He said he was in a beautiful field with wonderful, soft and luscious plants. He could see as plain as day and could feel the grass beneath him. All around him were people from all different time periods and of all different races. Not too far from him was Al; the father of John's friend and co worker. Al had died just a few months ago and the two of them had never met.
Al began to speak to him; he had a few things he needed done. He told John to tell his (Al's) living wife to stop putting cigars on his grave. She was "wasting them"; something he would truly say if he were alive. The odd thing was that she had never told anyone she was doing it. John was also told that Al's son, who is John's friend and co worker,and a long time musician; would eventually become very successful. Recently, he began playing with a prominent boxer turned musician and is beginning to make a good sum of money. He just returned from the Georgia from a club gig.
John was also able to repeat several things that only Al would say. Mind you the two of them never met. John had only seen Al in pictures and heard a few stories about him. Most people that have NDE's ,that end in seeing a deceased person, see their parents, siblings or friends. Why did he see Al? It was random and very odd to say the least.
What do you think of this story? I was pretty scared but also comforted when I heard this story. It was shocking and hard to believe.
