I recently wrote this poem,I thought I would share it with you .Life49

In Your Shoes

Take a walk in my shoes,
Or should I walk in yours.
We often think we're the only ones,
Who opens up the doors.

If we could only see the other side,
We'd take more time to care.
As lonliness,frustration and happiness too,
Are often found in their.

Some people share their lives each day,
And some just live alone.
Some people have lots of friends,
And some just almost none.

If we don't care for those in need,
And think we have the lot.
We'll never see the other side,
And appreciate what we've got.

To say a kind word each day,
Can heal a troubled heart.
It can make the other shine,
And brighten up our heart.

Hi there God bless you, your praise/poem is wonderful, true to nature and uplifting. One of the lies the enemy keeps bringing against me is that it is ONLY me going thru this thing right now, but when i hear of others also struggling with the very same thing, it somehow takes all the power and persuasion right out of that lie, i think all the self-pity kinda gets sucked right into immediate compassion for the other person.

I have also just recently been inspired to write about some of the issues my mind struggles with ,through poetry, and i actually find it acts as a sort of release valve, instead of all those thoughts going round and round the merry go round they get channelled out and the results are sharing of ideas, pain, experiences, joy and as i am finding out poetry is also definately a means of encouragement to others.

May God make any troubles and enemies you may have flee in seven different directions at once LOL in Jesus name - Amen :thumbs_up
