In pain after a break up

I come here as a guy in pain asking for prayers and now I have some guy threatening to beat me.

It's going to take a whole lot more than prayer to help you out of reaping what you have sowed.

Kinda burned a bridge to my previous church that did not serve me or preach the gospel, I was with them since 2014 when I accepted Jesus as lord and savior. The pastor and I had a falling out when I basically compared him and the congregation to a bunch of Pharisees who cared more about what people dress like than actually helping save people.

I know I already mentioned this on here before but I also broke up with my most recent relationship because there was sexual immorality before marriage. There was no physical body to body sexual immorality but sexting and webcam stuff since it was a long distance relationship. So there would be no way I could lead the relationship since I basically already surrendered myself to her.

Just dealing with a lot of pain and need a Christ centered community.

I was using pray.com to soothe me but have recently started reading the Bible more.

I stopped using pray.com because the CEO stole an idea of mine, so I told him I forgive him and then he asked to see my version of the project, gave me a compliment saying he liked it and then a few days later, I noticed a post he had where it looked very similar to my cover art on my project, so it’s like even after I forgave him, it appeared that another idea was taken again. So I need to forgive him for that.

Not sure what God is doing.

Pray.com helped soothe my mind but I don’t want to make it seem like he can steal from me if I use his free service which has advertisements, so it’s not like they aren’t getting paid for listeners on their service. So I don’t use pray.com anymore.

If you can pray that this pain in my mind goes away I’d appreciate it.

Also, I’ve been stuck to my bed for almost a year now. I get up to use the restroom and eat. I also go outside usually once per month to take out general relief cash aid from a 7-eleven ATM and deposit it into my bank account but I just got a notice that it is now exhausted, so I have no money coming in, so I started reading my Bible more to get some wisdom.

I feel like I seek God more than anyone I know but it also seems like I continue to have more and more issues the more I seek him, not less and less. Just wondering when this is all going to be over.

Like most men, you present to them an issue, and what they immediately try to do is fix it! That's why we normally have issues with women in general, because they just want us to listen, and not fix it! lol

So, in truth their intentions were well minded, and not meant to be hurtful. Sometimes they look just at the words being posted, and do not always take into consideration the forum that the originator shared their words in. In this case it was prayers.

With that being said, I will pray for the pain you are experiencing, be relieved, and the peace that goes beyond understanding is given to you to have. That clarity of purpose, and guidance will be yours that God may be glorified by it, in your life for others to see. In the name of Jesus, I ask this and bring it to the Throne of Mercy & Grace. Amen!

Thank you. I was in a lot of pain. All I wanted was prayer’s, as I believe in the power of prayer. You seem to be the mediator on this website and I value the peace you bring, not only to me but I’m pretty sure many others. When a Christian site behaves like the world, I just bounce until things cool off, just like with everything.

People see text and automatically stereotype that person based off of a paragraph, forgetting to take the log out of their own eye.

We are all supposed to resemble the fruit of the spirit, not the fruit of the Pharisees.

I live on the wrong coast to recommend a good church.

So I don’t use pray.com anymore.

I feel like I seek God more than anyone I know but it also seems like I continue to have more and more issues the more I seek him, not less and less. Just wondering when this is all going to be over.

You actually need to seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit. When it happens, you'll know.

(You gotta consider the source. As for me personally, I've received three credible death threats from Christians in my life so far. I need to step up my game. )
