If God Said It:
Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:
He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
Whatever God promised, it will be done. Where there is faithfulness blessings are sure to come. You can’t always rely on what you know, but who you know may become a valuable resource. For instance, when you’re in a bad spot it is good to know the one who holds all power, God. When you face things that you can’t handle on your own know who to call to get help. God’s line is never busy, and it’s never too late to call Him.
Faith: ultimate trust; believing in what can’t be seen or touched; the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen
Abraham had a faith unlike any other, and for his righteousness God blessed him. God will do the same for us. By believing in his promises you show that you ultimately trust in. God operates on a higher mentality than we do. He doesn’t have to lie, and whatever he says He’s going to do. If He said it you should automatically be persuaded. His words are higher than any other. He has the greatest reputation, taking promises to the next level. God is more than able.
The Lord can do unimaginable things. He’s capable of making a gun not shoot, dulling a blade; he can do anything. There is no failure in him. People will promise you things they have no intentions in actually giving you. A man may promise you the moon, but is he capable to do that. Whatever God promises He’s able to do. Nothing is impossible for Him.
Although the Lord has made us promises, we do have to do something as well. If we do what God tells us to do we will receive what He has promised. When the Lord says it, it will come to pass; when He speaks things change.
Every breath of air belongs to God, and at any time He can snatch it away. You couldn’t raise a finger without Him. He is the best thing you can have. When your faith is staggered relax in Him who holds all power. Who else is able to meet your every need? You have not because you ask not, but if you have Jesus you’re covered.
The hurt & the dismay
This game is not one I was willing to play.
The struggle & the trouble never cease to exist
I wish I could get away from all of this
If you ever felt this way
I encourage you today
To stand your ground
Even when times are hard to face.
When you feel all alone know that God is on the throne
And what is happening is happening
So just live your life today.
Know that through it all you may stumble
And sometimes you may fall
But the ruler of us all makes the last call.
The devil wants you stopped
He has your demise in mind
But God has a purpose for your life & mine.
Keep going
Don’t quit
You can make it through these times
Show the enemy
Prove to him
That he has no power over power devine
