There are people who want ice-cream religion, nice but cold. They want a church like a mausoleum or a museum. But the church is the Father’s House. People should come out of the cold streets into the Father’s house, into an atmosphere of comforting warmth. In the Father’s House, there must be a fire on the hearth and a cheerful glow on every face.
