Will I be accepted?

Paul, the guy that penned 3/4 of the NT was part of a Jewish gang that would arrest and sentence to death many Christians.

As long as you can pass God's judgement of your heart and mind Jer 17:9-11 on a true repentance of your sins Luke 5:32, Psalm 51:17, of course! This involves turning from your sinful lifestyle Matt 16:24. If your heart is sincere, He makes a path and gives us strength to overcome Phil 4:13.

Luke 5:32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Matt 16:24 If anyone wants to come after me, they must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

A sign that you have passed His examination of your heart and mind is Him giving you a revelation of Jesus being Lord and raised from the dead 1 Cor 12:3, Rom 10:9.

Rom 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

1 Cor 12:3 Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

1. Trust in Jesus as Savior and Lord.
2. Commitment to follow Him.
3. Turning away from and repentance of sin.
