Prayer Requests

1. I am in need of prayers because I have been unemployed since January of 2011 and looking for work for over a Year and I still do not have a job
2. I am in need of prayers because I miss working I really like working and I wish someone could give me the chance to work even though I have been unemployed for over a year
3. I am in need of prayers because it is hard to be able to get food, postage stamps, envelopes, typing paper, cleaning supplies , toiletries and Paper products with being unemployed I am not sure if there is a Generous person that can help out.

I dont know how to go about to message you but I'll keep u in my prayers. I'm in the same boat. Believe me God knows are needs Matt. 5 when it talks about God taking care of the grass, flowers, and the birds in the air, how much more will He take care of humans who was made in His image helps me out alot. I read it when I'm down.

My husband wants me to post a little information about couponing as I rarely pay for toiletries.

There are a number of great couponing site out there, I have my favorites but you can just do a search and you'll find hundreds. The best ones have forums where others will post the deals for you.

You need coupons. Many of them can be printed from your computer. You will also find them in stores, in the coupon inserts in the paper, at the library, in the doctor's offices . . .

Proctor and Gamble has a great coupon insert at least once a month, it's this Sunday. Every month it has a $1 off floss by Oral B and Walmart sells it for less than a buck, so free floss every month if you buy the paper that week. There will also be other great coupons and there is a website that has a coupon review every week.

The most important thing is to match a sale and a coupon. Every month Rite Aid, Walgreen's, and CVS have at least one sale where toothpaste is free after their "cash back reward system" and coupons, sometimes even a moneymaker.

You need a rewards card from Rite Aid or CVS, Walgreen's and Walmart do not have them.

There are also mail in rebates (right now if you buy $50 before coupons in P&G beauty products you'll get a $10 prepaid Visa), CVS beauty club (spend $50 also before coupons) get $5 in there rewards bucks. You don't have to actually spend $50 out of your pocket. You roll your coupons and your reward bucks.


Here's an example from Rite Aid this winter. I spent $17 of my husband's hard earned cash. By utilizing their sales and rewards program as well as mail in rebates, I purchased the following items: 2 pairs of reading glasses, 4 toothpastes, 6 toothbrushes, 5 Advil, 3 Thermacare, and several other items I just can't remember, retail value of $100. I also got a $20 reward coupon to spend on anything at Rite Aid, a $5 check from Colgate, a $10 check from Advil, and a $14 check from Rite Aid. SO at the end I spent $17 in cash and got all the merchandise, $29 in cash/checks, and an extra $20 in merchandise from Rite Aid. So in the end I made $12 and got the $20 coupon.

The toothpaste was buy one for $3.50, get a reward coupon for $3.50, which you could do 4 times. I also had a $1 off coupon, so I was paying $2.50 and getting a $3.50 coupon back good on anything in the store. The Colgate was also part of the spend $10 and get a $5 check, as well as the spend $25 and get the $10 check from Advil.

Amen, Rev. I have a very difficult, taxing job in which I pick up my cross and serve others for Jesus' sake, not mine. I am very well paid, though, and the security of my job is never an issue. It's not about this world and this life, and when we recognize that and follow the LORD's will, He will massively bless others through you and you will always be in His hand, never to go without.
