I guess I'm on the horse again
Unsure of where it goes
I've given up the reins to Him
The only One who knows
For I can ride a mile or two
Before I've lost my way
Navigating isn't me
That's when I have to pray.


Promising to let Him lead
Is all well and fine
But pride is there to overcome
As His returns to mine
When will I learn to let Him be
To follow like a sheep
My journey would be easier
And maybe not so steep.
