For they believe The OLD Testament does not picture HIM in such a way, and the conclusion, they come to is, christians , They do not read their Bibles. This is coming from their mouths not mine. That christians are so unknowledgeable about the things they claim. Note: I am speaking about a "True Atheist" that is one who knowns the Bible snd have read it from front to back and prove it and a lot can read the greek NT in Greek. My reply was just in general terms to some of the postings.

God killed the entire world population save for 8. Our God is more the Love and mercy or even grace He is also jealous . We Christians have allowed a picture of God/Jesus to develop that makes Him a cuddly teddy bear, He is the Lion of Juda. leave the Teddy Bear to Elvis ... We dont want to offend so we walk on egg shells. God is the Creator of heaven and hell what ever ones views are of those. He clearly says 'for Me or against Me' He dont be liken lukewarm . He describes His followers as an army . You, I our anyone else will not change the heart of any man. We may till the ground ,plant a seed . water even do some pruning He will send His reapers for the harvest.

There is a difference between a "atheist" and A "True Atheist" a True Knows every word written in the BIBLE and most likely he can read and speak Greek. You must engage one to know one. Then you will know the difference between the two.
