Did the disciples really see a glorified body? and wouldnt His voice be too much for us to bear with our human ears. How is it that he spoke to the disciples without them falling to the ground?

The Bible says he did, and why would we need to fall to the ground?

I never saw that in scripture, not even at Pentecost......
Our Lord has always, and will always, relate to those he loves .
He came as a servant, will return as King, but we are still his pearl of great price. Matt.13:46

From what I understand, he will bare his scares for all eternity. The nails in his hands and the nail in his feet.
I think as a reminder of his so great love for us.....

I believe he was ALIVE and breathed as it states in the Bible. I also believe he spoke, but John 21:4 they knew him not, also, even Mary had to be revealed to him "tenderly". Why did they not recognize him immediately. Before crucifixtion John 18:6 they fell to the ground, why? These passages indicates that they are not in unbelief that it is Jesus, but that they really didnt immediately recognize him. I am wondering what was different about him. I am asking these questions because it is said that he will return again, the same way that he ascended to heaven after 40 days from resurrection. I am seeking to understand what they saw and how they recognized. We are told there will be many imposters before him and many wont recognize the imposter and will be fooled before Jesus returns. Then again the bible said we will know his voice Also, Pentecost is 50 days after resurrection when the Holy Spirit descended. I am understanding that right now we communicate through the Holy Spirit until Jesus returns from the right hand of the father.

We will know him by the way he comes, in a moment,in the twinkling of an eye.
Gods word tell us that if someone says he is here, or over there, don't go see, for it isn't him, he will come , as he said.
We will meet him first of all in the air. So shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Cor. 15:52 Matt. 24:23-28
