How do I Post my profile picture.

:kitten: There doesn't seem to be a browse place where I can choose from my pictures on my computer. Do I choose an avatar? Or is that just for leaving messages? Don't mind choosing one of your avatars, just wondered how I can upload one of my own pictures.:angelwings:
