No, brother. I already had shown you by the King James why it is not the Spirit. Bad grammar. And the King James does agree with what I am saying because I am quoting the King James as opposing the NIV... where the bad grammar has been proven to be why the "he" in verse 27 cannot be the Spirit because the "he" is the third Person that knows the mind of the Spirit as well as searching our hearts.

All the King James translations and all the 15 or so others also disagree with you. When your personal translations methods disagree with every bible from the Geneva and King James 1611 and up it is a sign that something is wrong with your personal efforts. Unless of course you think every bible translator from the 14th century and up is in a gigantic conspiracy to re-write scripture so that it does not line up with your wishes.
