HOPING

Lord, I’m hoping,

I’m still hoping my dreams will come true,

I’m still hoping to see Your promises come to pass,

I’m hoping.

I’m hoping that soon You’ll hear my prayers

And that it’ll be time to answer them,

For there shall be a performance for she who believed;

You see, I’m still hoping in You Lord.

I haven’t seen my heart’s desires

But I know You’ll come through.

Until that day when the trumpet sounds;

I’ll continue to hope in You.

Lord, I’m hoping.
