Hope

I am new to the forums. I have a family to excuse me if I get distracted and make mistakes sometimes while posting.

Hope is what sparks the truth that is the light in this dark world. When someone puts their hope in Jesus, a reaction takes place. First they start to doubt because of all of the false impressions they have received from this world, at which point they should (but don't always) look for the truth and (seek and you will find) the Sword searches their heart. Discussing God's precepts with those outside the church is a waste of time because they can not understand the truth without giving their hearts to Jesus. He won't let them. That is part of why we are not supposed to judge outside of the church. Discuss the hope in him while holding to his precepts. Why is this my introduction? Seems as good as any. Peace in Christ

While hope may imply doubts in the use of its' response in our language today(for example, "I hope this will happen"), hope is always filled with certainty when it come to the Lord. Hebrews 11:1 tells us, "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.". Our hope rest in the assurance of our Lord, and in the promise of His Word. The Lord desires for all to find the assurance of that Blessed Hope, and calls on each of us to share that hope with a needing world.
