“History could be represented through art in a way that an artist expresses his views of society.” Art shows a lot in a culture and values of the person who is doing the art or what he comprehends through his mind through sight. In Colossians 1:20, “And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” When I see the art of Jesus dying on the cross and His blood spilt for us, I comprehend this art as salvation for my life. I take this as my culture that I would love to die for the love of my Father in heaven, which did the same for me. In the book that we are studding is the definition for culture and I hope that this is the sum total of the common things bind people together in a society, the blood of Jesus.

Wanted to share my views on Culture in History while studding for my BS with you.
