My name is Josh, I'm from the island of O'ahu in the state of Hawai'i.
I grew up in the Church in a loving, faith based family. Lot's of prayer and devotional and I've experienced God working profoundly in my life from a young age. I have absolute assurance in my faith and salvation through Jesus Christ.
During my adolescence and early adulthood, I definitely fell into sin and worldliness. I never intentionally rebuked God or actively denied the Gospel but I fell into so many traps of wickedness and idolatry. I even spent some time operating in witchcraft and new age spirituality and have first hand experience at the violence, darkness, deception that lies therein. I've also been delivered from a homosexual identity and lifestyle and I'm understanding more about how the enemy works in this capacity as well.
The pandemic was my wake up call. God called me home and made it clear that it was time for me to take my place as a child and servant of the Most High. I formally rededicated my life to the Lord at a Men's Conference on June 20 after a good friend of mine ministered to me in love. Since then God has been working mightily in my life, renewing my spirit and loving my soul. He has been healing me and guiding me in the ways of righteousness.
I love discussing the real world stuff, not so much into philosophy and theoretical - although I know that is important. I like looking at the pragmatics of society, people, and culture and understanding how God works in the midst of our living realities. The Bible is the written truth of the Lord, and I love reading it.
