I need your help, coz I've heard that, if you swearing you could end up in hell.:shock: is this true. I really need to know more about this. please can you help.

Lord I ask that you remove all confusion, take control of her mind, place a hold on her tongue. Lord let her know you love her and that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.

Let her use her words to show you glory and to magnify your holy name. Make her a worshiper. Create in her a clean heart oh lord and renew a right spirit within.

Lord bless those that are about to counsel or answer her question , give them wisdom, and words to speak.

Because of sin (including swearing), we deserve hell. The thing is if you're a true born again Christian, you are saved by the Blood of Jesus and you will be forgiven. Also know that being saved isn't a license to sin. God tells us that if we love him, we should keep his commandments. When we are saved we are made a new creature and we are given the Holy Spirit. When we sin we will feel conviction that brings us to repentance and also we receive chastisement from the Lord. So sister, if you've saved don't be worried about going to hell, but keep on striving to live by God's Holy Word. God Bless you

Sister, the only unpardonable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. In a sense, this is mainly continual rejection of the Holy Spirit, especially after one has been given Truth from GOD, knowledge of GOD.

please help, you see, I feel like that I'm NEVER going to make it to eternal life
. I feel like the devil is trying to pressure me into saying word that I should NEVER say, (I AWAYS keep rejecting him in the name of jesus , but I feel like he won't leave me alone)
I feel like if the devil was kept right AWAY from me I guess I would not feel so pressured,(ok I know the devil will keep trying to discourage me, and that I GOT TO keep REJECTING HIM).

Sister, I don't presume to know everything, but one thing I do know if you doubt your salvation, you need to know what salvation is to start with.

The Bible says this:
John 3:16 NKJV
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Romans 10:9-13 NKJV
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”



So you see, you need to know for sure that you believe in Jesus, you need to know for sure, if anyone was going to ask you, do you believe in Jesus? What would your answer be?

Furthermore, the devil is nothing, don't give the devil the glory. I rarely say things like "The devil is persecuting me, or the devil made me sin". We need to take responsibility for our own actions. Sure the devil is there and he is on the prowl for prey, but Christ has defeated the devil.

19 For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil. 20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly.

James 4:7-10 NKJV
7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Here's a scripture that might help you. It's paraphrased off the top of my head but I know it's in the Bible

"Does salt and fresh water flow from the same stream? No. Then how can we curse people with the same mouth that we praise God with."

Remember you are in a process sister. Don't get discouraged- try you hardest to change your ways and take time out every day to spend time with God in prayer. Don't be scared of the devil. Make the DEVIL scared of YOU! :star:
