Hello all
My name is Raymond, aka T Man. I am a simple person with simple views. Some time ago I was dyslexic, I could not read or write. I am still not that good at it, but I can do the basics. A Christian said to me, if i don't learn to read the bible I would be going to hell. Such fear came over me, i begged Jesus to save me. Over 21 years ago this took place.

Jesus spoke to me within and I heard Him, I was foolish. I rushed out and told others, they made fun of me and called me bad things. So i spent 19 years keeping it to myself. Jesus and myself would talk and He taught me how to read and write and other things. But mostly we would just talk. About 2 1/2 years ago Jesus asked me to tell others what He had told me. I have done as He has asked, its been hard because I don't know half of what others know when it comes to the bible. I just have Jesus and the Holy Spirit to help me. Many make fun of me and judge me according to what they know, that's what Jesus told me. All I ask is that you follow His commands and if you judge me, do it by the fruit, not according to what you know.

Not being a good writer and reader, make it very hard for me. Its not by my choice that I am here, I do as i have been asked by Him.

Simple messages, simple truths. The greatest would be Love, I have been asked to remind people of there first love in Him. There comes a time of hardship that will test each mans work, Jesus has asked me to help those that would hear hear the simple truth they have over looked. Its a Spiritual message with Spiritual truth. I pray you hear what i have been told to say and i pray you judge me according to the fruit and not according to what you may know.

Hi Ray and welcome! We all have issues to deal with in life but God gives us grace and strength for each days battle.
It seems like an audio Bible would be of great help for you. I used to have a set and listened to it while driving and etc. It takes a little practice to concentrate on it while multitasking but with a little effort it becomes quite easy.
As far as people making fun of you- they mocked Jesus Himself when He walked this earth and He is perfect. In other words do not sweat it my brother.
I appreciate your heart and can see a soul who genuinely loves Jesus which is the highest calling a person can have. God has made you in Christ a priest and a king. He has given you greater honor, priviledge and assets than all the lost world combined.

Welcome to TalkJesus, Raymond. I cringed a bit when I saw that you were told you would go to hell if you didn't learn to read the Bible, but I'm excited that you've learned of Jesus' love and that you're gaining victory over dyslexia. Good job!

TMan your post is quite refreshing, thank you. Many seem to think that the bible is the only way that God communicates now, but the simply truth is the scriptures are a confirmation that not only does God desire to speak to us directly, we will know His voice.

It is a good possibility that those who said you would go to hell if you don't read the bible probably do not know the Lord's voice.

Religion is an ugly and cruel tyrant, but many are caught in it's illusion.

Thanks Guys, I am moved to see so many welcome me. Please guys when i post something, feel free to ask for more information or more explanation. Some stuff Jesus told me was way over my head, but He would get me to open the Bible and show me things that back up what He had told me that explained it to me. So from time to time i may just post something that does not add up for you. I am more than happy to ask Jesus if i don't have an answer, this way I learn more as well. But please never assume that I think I know more than you or i am full of myself, it some times looks like that so I have been told. It not true, I have always said and will always say we are all equal in Him, not one is greater than another. What He gives me I am happy to share with others. I could write a book and make money, but what is money, nothing compared to Jesus, beside He gave it free to me so let me do the same for others. I also ask you to consider this, what I post will not take away from what you have already, it will only compliment what you already have.

Now with all that being said, I am just a man and nothing more than a man. Jesus knows this and He knows I have nothing but what He has given me. I am not a religion and I don't have one. I am a Christian, blessed by Christ and I am happy to have that. I guess I can't boast in me, because there is nothing to boast in or nothing I have. If i boast, let me boast in him alone. I will not post as a catholic christian or baptist christian etc. I will post as a Christian your simple brother in Christ, I pray you can receive me in that light. I guess I am trying to say I have no doctrine of men, just what Jesus told me. All those years as a dyslexic, the days I would sit and cry my eyes out from all the abuse i received, from such sorrow came such a blessing in Him, its true Jesus can take the worst days of your lives and from sorrow He can transform them into such joy and peace.

Why "TMan"

Hi TMan, great to keep catching up with you. Your attitude is very refreshing. I think you have the idea of religion correct. When Jesus was with us and soon after He joined our Father, He just wanted people to believe and to love our Father (and therefore Him) more than anything else. he also wanted us to love one another.
From what I can see of your posts here, thats all that you are doing, so you're absolutely right!! I'm looking forward to keeping in touch and simply learning more.

What do you think of the idea that God gave us all certain talents and that its up to us to make the most of them? I really would love to know what God's purpose was for me. Do you think you could ask Jesus for me? Hope this doesn't offend, I am absolutely sincere in this enquiry.

What do you think of the idea that God gave us all certain talents and that its up to us to make the most of them? I really would love to know what God's purpose was for me. Do you think you could ask Jesus for me? Hope this doesn't offend, I am absolutely sincere in this enquiry.

1. We all have talents, and yes it is up to us to work out what we do with it. Fear is the greatest prevent-er, fear of being wrong, getting it wrong and fear of what others will say. I guess the other fella stoking the fires is hard at work.
2. Gods purpose for you is to love Him with all your heart, mind body soul Spirit and to love others as Jesus loved us all, conditional. To seek the Kingdom of God with all your desire first even above what we all think we know and just seek His face in all things. Do this and trust me, you will have no problems in knowing what your talent is and know how to work it that best helps His Kingdom here on earth and in Heaven. Between me and you, the true talent is our hearts, its the one thing we all over look. get the heart put right and all else drops right into place.

T Man stands for Truth Man, The reason is, I post all what Jesus says to me even when I get told off, I don't hide it from anyone, because if I do wrong and the Lord tells me off, others can learn from this and not make that same mistake.
