Greetings,

may I add some Scripture?

from Acts 3:14-26
He (Jesus Christ) was holy and good, but you rejected Him, and instead you asked Pilate to do you the favor of turning loose a murderer. You killed the One Who leads to life, but God raised Him from death - and we are witnesses to this.
It was the power of His name that gave strength to this lame man. What you see and know was done by faith in His name; it was faith in Jesus that has made him well, as you can all see.
And now, my friends, I know that what you and your leaders did to Jesus was due to your ignorance. God announced long ago through all the prophets that His Messiah had to suffer; and He made it come true in this way.

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that He will forgive your sins. If you do, times of spiritual strength will come from the Lord, and He will send Jesus, who is the Messiah He has already chosen for you.
He must remain in heaven until the time comes for all things to be made new, as God announced through His holy prophets of long ago. For Moses said, "The Lord your God will send you a prophet, just as He sent me, and He will be one of your own people. You are to obey everything that He tells you to do. Anyone who does not obey that prophet shall be separated from God's people and destroyed." And all the prophets who had a message, including Samuel and those who came after him, also announced what has been happening these days. The promises of God through His prophets are for you, and you share in the covenant which God made with your ancestors. As He said to Abraham, "Through your descendants I will bless all the people on earth."

And so God chose His Servant and sent Him to you first, to bless you by making every one of you turn away from your wicked ways.

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:29

Bless you ....><>

Goodbye and goodluck getting into your imagery paradise.
Greetings,

you had said you were here for your daughter and that you'd "like to hang out with you and talk about Christianity."
Do you always short-change yourself?
Apart from a few posts you haven't really engaged in much talking about Christianity.
I know it is none of my business about your daughter, but it was you who raised that info, freely, so I ask, if I may, do you think by saying Goodbye, so soon, is really doing a great deal for your daughter?
Of course I could be totally off track, like an old LP that's all scratched up or cracked but the song remains the same anyway.

I don't know what you expected here but going so soon is sad in that you have not engaged much that I am aware of. You don't have to say goodbye, but it is very polite of you to do so.

Thank you also for your good wishes. I am not into goodluck as you put it but I understand what you are saying. May you know the comfort of God's love in days ahead and come to realise that faith in and interest in that which inspires good is OK and quite safe.
And ,may your daughter also know the love of God and His Peace.

Bless you ....><>

It seems the words I and others have shared have had little effect.

I am here for my daughter.
Why are you here for your daughter?
What words did she share with you that moved the love you have for her to once again delve into what you apparently have little if any desire for?
