I have a friend who is thinking of suicide because of his dark past but because his parent are still alive his not thinking of doing it for another 30-35 years. Please please pray for him his in need of a lot of prayer.:sad-animated:

Suicide is not an easy option to life. My thought would be that to take ones own life takes courage.......and would be sad beyond measure, in todays world.

In the last world war I heard of some 'tommys', british lads who took their own life rather than accept capture by the 'natzi' or the 'japs' and face humility, starvation and maybe torture.

Suicide, in the face of the abundance life offers today, would be sacrilege indeed.

Dark Past! I understand what a dark past was! I served in Vienam for 2 tours,the darkness I was in was so great!!,it took Jesus himself to pull me out of the very pit of hell! psalm 40:2 NOW!! is the time for salvation!!2 Cor 6:2, Jesus came to save us! 1Tim 1:15-17 Lead him To Jesus bro,God will do the rest! So many sciptures!! but show him these for a start,there is no mistake in understanding these! Praise the Lord! My prayers are with you!

Tell your friend to talk to a local Pastor. They are trained in helping people with troubled hearts. You are both in my prayers.
