You have touch my heart when I read your Prayer Request. For it points out how much you long to be close to GOD & Christ Jesus.
And I too, have Prayed for you.
But remember this, GOD can more or less, be felt then heard. We can feel HIS presence, but we are known to hear GOD'S messages, HIS answers to our prayers through other people and through The Holy Bible.
For example, there was a time in my life when I thought of myself as a seed that was lost from GOD, as in the parable {story} that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 13:5 & Matthew 13:20-21.
I went to The Almighty GOD in Prayer, telling HIM how I felt {at that time}. How I felt
that the scripture was relating to me, I remember saying to HIM, that " I really want to turn {change} from my wrongful ways & become righteous in HIS eyes. So, then why can't I change?"
Then The Almighty GOD anwsered my Prayer;
An amazing thing happen {I think was the very next day} my husband & I went for a walk along a walking trail in the woods, we were heading down ward towards a waterfall, where water flowed down & over a giant bolder, a awesome sight to see!
But the most awesome sight of all was this other giant bolder that had a tree growing on it.
My husband had pointed it out to me. And immediately I remembered my prayer to The Almighty GOD.
I believe GOD spoke through him that day in answer to my prayer, it was HIS message to me, for as long as I hold on to HIM I will continue to grow strong, for HIS LIVING WORD is the soil & I am the seed. And HIS WORD is Christ Jesus.
It all made sense.
Matthew 13:5-6
5. " Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth.
6. " But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away.
Matthew 13:20-21.
20. " But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;
21. " yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.
Just because the seeds that fell on rocky ground doesn't nessasarly meen they all will wither & die, for some can still find enough soil to make rout, {enough strength to carry on} even if they are weeker than the ones that landed on soiled ground {weeker than those whom were raised up in the truth}, for it's with all their might & love & GOD"S Love they will servive & grow ever so strong as did the tree that grew on that giant bolder.
But we must be true to GOD & To HIS Word, Jesus Christ. For with out HIS Food Of Knowledge to give us sight how can we ever find the soil to make root to grow? Remember, Jesus is King, He is also the root grows with in us for He is The Almighty GOD"S Word that feeds us the Food of knowledge that helps us to grow strong & endure to the End.
