Greetings brothers and sisters in Christ,

My nickname is Enow, and it should be known, that it is not my real name.

I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ since I was a tot. Since that time, I had been tossed about by the deceitful doctrines of man and polluted by the world through its corruption through lusts, but the Lord delivered me out of them all, and is keeping me so that my eyes are on the Good Shepherd as I trust Him to enable me to follow Him.

I thank Him for helping me to learn what it means to live by faith in Him.

I have nothing to boast about except in the Lord of what He has done for me, is doing, and will finish in bringing me Home to present me spotless to His glory. :friends:

I thank Him for helping me to love others in spite of my persecution. I really wanted to get away from them, but the Lord had closed off the escape for the time being. I am jobless because of them. My enemies are too strong for me as I am judged at every turn. I await deliverance from the Lord, taking comforts in the Psalms as I can relate to Psalm 35, 40, and 70. He is helping me to rejoice in my persecution.

Know that the Lord is good. He is my refuge in times of trouble. Psalm 23 is truly a song of Him being a Good Shepherd to me. Amen.

Thank you for the welcome, rizen1.

I kind of see forums as a crossroad. True fellowship is maintained by keeping the faith as in how Jesus taught when coming across a brother in a trespass. He would say go to him privately, and tell him his fault. If he does not listen, grab two or three witnesses so that every word may be confirmed. If he still does not listen, he is to be brought before the whole assembly. If he does not hear the assembly, he is to be put out. If he finally repents sometime down the road, then as Paul instructed the Corinthians, then the church is to let the brother back in.

I am not sure how anyone can keep the faith in a message forum when it is more of an outreach or a sharing of "talents" of what the Lord has taught us in the knowledge of Him. As believers are coming in from all walks of life, and in different stages of growth in their walk with the Lord, I am not sure how any forum can come down on someone in love that is in apostasy, even if scriptures were shown to reprove the error.

But since I am new here, I shall see if God does have a forum where fellowship is possible or willing to even raise a fellowship up in a forum.

James 5:16 "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
