There are 66 books, in the bible. Please be more specific, tell me 1 book, from the bible,
which, the one true God, you say you follow, is recorded, in it.[

1John 5:20 - Jesus is being called the " true God and eternal life " He is both God and Savior.

and John 17:3 refers to the Father as the true God.

here we see God is ONE in terms of composite unity. that is the nature of God.
Is the Holy Ghost, also God?

Have you ever seen God?
Hello JTC.

Jesus said, that if you have seen me then you have seen the Father.
Jesus also said, that if you have known me then you know the Father.

Looking at Jesus is seeing God Almighty!

Stephen, saw Jesus. Standing on the right hand of God. I guess you could say,
when he saw Jesus he saw the Father.

The wrath of God. Is God also wrath?

What should sheep know about wrath?
God is not bipolar or schizophrenic,God can pour out wrath but Jesus said he is love.

Romans 4:1 because the law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression.
Ephesians 5:6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.

Wrath is for those under the law not those under grace, rejecting that grace brings us back under the law where there is only disobedience, unbelief, wrath and death.

John 3:19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.

The Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit rightfully is the power of God.
You will not see the Holy Spirit of God standing next to anyone in the Bible.-The Holy Spirit is the divine power, influence, and nature of God..
It is by this power He is omnipresent- Psalms 139:7-12 as one example.

Hello JTC.

I can see the distiction that you are seeing JTC.

Though we must be very careful not to jump from the starting blocks before the pistol
has fired.

John 14
7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him,
and have seen Him.

Jesus is stating a truth here JTC, looking at Jesus is looking at the Father.

Knowing and seeing Jesus is knowing and seeing the Father.

Now JTC I will raise the bet and see if you can stay in the game.

Colossians 1:16
For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible,
whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities all things have been created
through Him and for Him.

All things in heaven and earth have been created for Jesus Christ.

All things in heaven and earth were created not for the Father, but for Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is your Creator, Lord, God, Master and King, you will bend your knees to Jesus.

If you do not recognize your Creator, then your knees will be bent for you and you will
bow to the Eternal Creator of the heavens and earth.

Romans 14
8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live
or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord
both of the dead and of the living.

Jesus Christ is the supreme King of heaven and earth, not the Father JTC.

You have been created only for Jesus Christ!

You live or exist only for Jesus Christ! Why waste your time worrying about the Father?

Jesus is the Master or King of the living and the dead.

There is no other name that you need to consider but the one and only name, Jesus the Christ.

Salvation is not available in the name of the Father and never was.

Salvation is only available in the name of Jesus Christ.

Hello JTC.

The full revelation of the scripture is about Jesus Christ and not the revelation of the Father.

You were created FOR Jesus Christ and Him alone.

How can you say have I seen the Christ?

The Christ is all I have ever seen both in the scripture and outside the scripture.

The Christ is the creator and I see not only Him but Christ through everything visible.

The scripture is all about Jesus Christ, that is the only person we can see.

The scripture tells us nothing about the Father, we cannot know the Father through the scripture.

We can only know the visible Jesus Christ, and only in knowing Jesus can we know the invisible Father.

Once again JTC, you were created FOR Jesus.

Your whole purpose in life is to know Jesus and you can see and hear Jesus.

The Father has not allowed you to see Him, know Him, or hear Him.

The Son you can see, know and hear, and only then will you really see, know and hear, the Father.

Because the Father has given all things to the Son.

Bow before Jesus and you bow before the Father.

Listen to Jesus and you will be forgiven and loved by Jesus and therefore you have been forgiven and loved by the Father.

The Good Shepherd is Jesus and not the Father, you will follow Jesus.

Once again the Father cannot be known and there is no salvation available through the Father.

All things have been given to Jesus Christ and we are accountable to Jesus Christ.

Once again, we have been created by Jesus Christ and FOR Jesus Christ.

How about Matthew 28:19 - Three Persons in one Godhead, the Trinity.

Who, do you, call upon, as God?

Hello there JTC.

Your opening post has so many commas that I wonder if that is meant to cause confusion on purpose or is it simply bad typing or a stuck comma key.

On the confusion side..

Is this a set up to promote the atheist dogma that the Bible contradicts itself? Ie Romans 10:13 "For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved" And Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven”

That may seem like contradiction until you understand the difference between the sheep and the goats and what Jesus emphasized as the truly important bits. (Love the Lord your God above all and love each other).

I am not interested in debating or taking the bait of a troll whose endgame it is to cause confusion, frustration, and division. I will not placate the ego of one who has no interest in knowing God.

If the poor punctuation is just an innocent typo...

And your question is simply "Who do you call upon as God?"...

Then my answer is simply "Jesus" (the Lord my God, King of the Universe, the one who was, and is, and is to come, the one true living God).

Hello Lovestory,

You only quoted part of my post that is addressed to one who would deliberately cause confusion etc. It is a Cinderella situation. "If the shoe fits"...

The part of my post that you did not quote is for one who may just be punctuationaly challenged.

Your opinion of the thread's author's character is dubiously noted.

The LORD
Elohim (this is what he called most often in the OT over 2500 times)
I AM, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shalom
God is God, there is no other. There are no other gods. There is only one creator, one savior, one God.
He is the first, He is the last. He is omnipotent, loving,
He's the king of Israel, the King of the Jews, the King of Kings, the King of Righteousness,
He is a merciful, powerful, immortal God.
He is God, He is the Word, He is the Son of God. He is the good shepherd. He is the Hope of Glory.
He is the prince of peace. He is almighty. He is sovereign.
He is the comforter. The strengthens the weak, humbles the proud, and punishes the foolish.
He is captain of our souls, He is the victorious warrior, He is a loving Father.
He heals the sick and lame. He heals broken hearts. He restores us unto the path of righteousness.
He forgives sins. He is our mediator. He is our advocate. He frees the captive, and sets them free.
He blesses the young and old. He gives and He takes away. He is our protector.
He is the doorway of deliverlance. He is the narrow gate that leads to life.
He is the sacrifice for our sins. He rewards those seek Him and His kingdom. He is diligent.
He blesses the meek and the peacemakers. He is righteous. He is Holy. He is blameless.
He cannot lie. All life was created through Him and by Him and is held together by Him.
In Him we live and breathe and move and have our being. He is the giver of life.
He is the giver of eternal life to those who obey Him.
He is everlasting. He is never changing and He cannot lie.
He is infinite. He is limitless. He is grace. He is love. He is wrath for those ho reject Him.
He is invincible. He is unstoppable. He is reason we live.

He is more than this. But how do you describe God?

You should ask Him to give you peace. You could use it right about now.

What?

I cant post a single word post because of forum rules so with that said..

What?

To elaborate..

Why do you think I am lacking Peace?

Because you failed to clarify your use/purpose/intent for using so many commas in your single simple sentence in your opening post to this thread?

Seriously?

For the record.. I have no need to request peace as Jesus is my Peace... Tiz true...

The commas and the ASCII art have their charm. :heart-animated:

Sister, confess!
