I found a copy of 'God is not Great' the 2007 international best seller by Christopher Hitchens for about $3.
I'd seen reference to him and the book over the years on tvchat shows and internet but never took a great deal of notice as he was a miserable specimen with a hang dog look who uttered nonsenses about GOD, Jesus and the Bible. The media and evolutionists thought him wonderful but I thought him quite stupid.
Born in 1949 and sent to one of rabidly pedophilic private English schools at age 8 he was exposd to PGSISD which made him homosexual by age 18.
Age 38 he larned his mother as a Jew so he thought himself one from then on.
Anyway he died of pneumonia with cancer of the esophagus and donated his body to medical research and presumably cutting up which is amusing as it will reconstituted on Jidgment Day.
His book is a hodgepodge of nonsense about children dying of awful diseases etc and why would a loving GOD allow that.
The answer of course is that GOD gave Earth to Satan to rule for 6,000 years as Jesus confirmed at Matthw 28.

• John 12:31: Jesus states, "Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out."
  
  
• John 14:30: Jesus says, "I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me."
  
  
• John 16:11: Jesus says, "and of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged."
  
  
• Ephesians 2:2: Paul refers to Satan as the "prince of the power of the air".
  
  
• 2 Corinthians 4:4: Paul refers to Satan as the "god of this age"

I rather think you need to ask yourself that question. Satan lied to Adam, and was the cause of his death. We call people who cause the death of others a murderer. (Don't we?)

PS: as to your previous five references, I've addressed the verse from 2nd Cor. quite extensively in the latter part of THIS POST. Paul had absolutely no problem using the name Satan. Three (3) times he used the name Satan - in this very same epistle. So put yourself back into the position of the reader at the time when Paul wrote this phrase. Who was the "god of this world"? The Roman Emperor was. And Paul was shrewd as a serpent to avoid overtly saying the Roman Emperor was blinding people (by the laws requiring Roman religious observance) or he would have been tracked down and killed.

Now it may be quite awhile until I can address the other four. But please note, NONE of them say "Satan." And your three references from John were statements made before the Resurrection.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:​

"The power of the air" (spooky music soundtrack). Sounds all rather ethereal, doesn't it? Should we duck?

But thank you for bringing this verse to my attention. It's not well translated and "τον αιωνα του κοσμου τουτου" would refer to the belief system that was in everyone's mind, promulgated by the Roman Emperor and Roman Law. Shouldn't forget him throwing the Christians to the lions, should we.
