God created us Man and Women (But can you feel it?)

So first I'll start with a question. And then I'll give the context afterwards.

Question:
If a person is born blind and cannot see their body or paralyzed and cannot feel
their body also, would they be able to "know" their sex (male or female) through
an internal feeling they had?

They can't see their body parts because they are blind and they can't feel their muscle
tone or organs because they are paralyzed.

So in their dark existence (no sight no feeling), could you ask each person in such
a condition, "tell me are you a man or woman?" And each person based on a certain
feeling be able to accurately tell you if there are a male or female because of being
able to "feel it"?


Point of consideration:
OR do we know who we are (male or female) because our biology
informs us, rather than we informing our biology based on a "feeling"?


Context: I heard an individual(female) share that they wanted to be a man, but
they didn't want to have male genitalia. They wanted to remove their breast
have a deeper voice, and be a man because they feel like a man. To which the question
comes forth, is being a man a matter of a feeling that all men have? Or being a women
some shared feeling all women have? If you are Black from birth or White from birth
or Hispanic from birth, but were blind, and never saw your skin color, would you
know you were Black, or White? Is being Black or White a feeling that all Black
people have or a feeling that all White people have? Or are those traits
(there is only one race the human race, but certain traits are dominant and others recessive
and are passed genetically in clusters together giving us ethnic groups) something that inform us
about how God has made us rather than we telling ourselves this is who I am
being I "feel" Black, or "feel" like a White person?

Return: So back to the original question, what is your answer? Could a person blind and paralyzed from
birth be able to tell if they are a man or a women? Do we inform ourselves about the nature of
reality based on how we feel, or does reality inform us based on what is present?

Perhaps the discussion for many is not really one of reality but of preference.

Not, who I am, but who do I prefer to be?

Because the assumption of the question being asked of them is that they don't have physical context to make that determination for themselves (disabilities).
So, what one has to be able to tell them, is the context needed to make that determination. Sadly, now a days people when asked the question of "What is a woman?" without the limitations or restrictions as you defined for subject person. Still refuse to answer.

A good documentary to watch is called "What is a woman?" by Matt Walsh.
If you've seen what is going on in the world as far as gender is concerned, you won't be surprised by what the contents of this film show. However, if you're not, then you really are in for a surprise!

Amen, yes, I'm famialr with the piece "What is a woman?" great reference. I've seen the trailer before although not the full thing.

And I've also heard that question asked on Congressional hearings. Yup. I agree 100% with what you said.
