And who is GOD of the bible to you? Actually who is "one that allows humanity to reason"? Which religion or 'holy' book is this? Do you want a custom god because you refuse the only living GOD of the Holy Bible?
What problem do you have against GOD that you clearly feel He is unreasonable? Exactly what are you trying to reason with or for anyway? Please, do us the honor of explaining.
Alright.
Do we not have moral responsibilities in which an individual must account for if he/she wishes to live in society. My God which comes primarily from the bible's wisdom, is one that allows man to devise his own morals. Morals are not absolute. The ten commandments are just a test. Morals are relative. This is a simple fact, and we must always evaluate the morals; our society we live in, in order to make it better. Every moral has its place, and time. It's all situational. To say that it is always best not to lie just because God says it doesn't make it the best thing to do. My God simply allows humanity to evaluate that moral and learn from that, expand his/her thought as to why it should be the way it is. God is ultimate and so it would seem prudent that his way is simply the best way. There is no other backing you see. In order for humanity to be virtuous there has to be other backing, in other words, an understanding as to why things should be this or should be that... you know... an ideal. God is an ideal simply because he says so and is divine and perfect and all knowing and ultimate or whatever the conception. That all just seems profoundly circular to me, shallow minded... the kind of reasoning that brings about a totalitarian society or a dystopia world. The bible brings about too much wisdom for that.
And I know this is just my humble opinion here, but frankly... we can never be perfect beings. We should never base our actions on what we say is perfect, because ultimately there is no such thing that we can perceive. It transcends our knowledge, and our logic.

Back up every statement with Scripture, otherwise everything you say is mute and false. After all you did say " My God which comes primarily from the bible's wisdom" so from that same Bible, prove every thing you said to be accurate. Otherwise, you speak your own understanding.
Sometimes I wish I were blind so I would not have to read such contradicting things like this. So, by your statement here you think there are obviously times where your way is 'wiser' or 'better' than GOD's way. That's what happens when you reject the Word of GOD. You think your ways are better.

If your religion is to do "good" then you must have some of God in you for He alone according to Jesus is good. Anyone anywhere that does anything that is really "good" in God's eyes must be in some measure of partaker of God, Himself.
