“We must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”
-Acts 14:22

God’s people have their trials.

It was never designed by God, when He chose his people, that they should be an untried people. They were chosen in the furnace of affliction; they were never chosen to worldly peace and earthly joy. Freedom from sickness and the pains of mortality was never promised them; but when their Lord drew up the charter of privileges, He included chastisements amongst the things to which they should inevitably be heirs.

Trials are a part of our lot; they were predestinated for us in Christ’s last legacy.

So surely as the stars are fashioned by His hands, and their orbits fixed by Him, so surely are our trials allotted to us: He has ordained their season and their place, their intensity and the effect they shall have upon us.

Good men must never expect to escape troubles; if they do, they will be disappointed, for none of their predecessors have been without them. Mark the patience of Job; remember Abraham, for he had his trials, and by his faith under them, he became the “Father of the faithful.” Note well the biographies of all the patriarchs, prophets, apostles, and martyrs, and you shall discover none of those whom God made vessels of mercy, who were not made to pass through the fire of affliction.

It is ordained of old that the cross of trouble should be engraved on every vessel of mercy, as the royal mark whereby the King’s vessels of honour are distinguished. But although tribulation is thus the path of God’s children, they have the comfort of knowing that their Master has traversed it before them; they have His presence and sympathy to cheer them, His grace to support them, and His example to teach them how to endure; and when they reach “the kingdom,” it will more than make amends for the “much tribulation” through which they passed to enter it.

Never fear those things that will only serve to reveal Jesus in your life. The fruit of the Spirit is the nature of God Himself revealed in and through His children.

YEp We all have problems in life !
It about how we deal with them ! one big problem is how we disagree with others ?

Some can LOVE you one day , and dislike you the next , if you disagree ?

We can be really self centered at times ! and think a certain way ? And reject all who think differently !

I think some times GOD allows disagreements to see How we deal with others in LOVE or Not ?

After All , it all about LOVE in our LORD JESUS !

Mat_25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Mat_25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

It ok to disagree ! But not to the point we want to find a way to hurt that other person !

1Th_2:4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

Act_5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
These great men of GOD handled it perfectly , I think !

1Pe_1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

He tests Us All First ! Then if we are Willing to follow ONLY HIM ! Makes us a New Creature and then HE keeps Us Forever more !

A pearl starts a a stone ..through abrasion and time it becomes desired by many ...only through trials do we endure and prove Him at His word ....God ways are higher than ours ,His thoughts wiser than ours .. Quote ..I'm never the Christian I should have been ,but He is the same God He promises He will be . Mike warnke says this concerning His trials and i think it applies to us all ...Rev . my trust is in thee oh Lord .!

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 1Peter 1:7 - KJV

so that the genuineness of your faith--more valuable than gold, which perishes though refined by fire--may result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1Peter 1:7 - HCS

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
6Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
7That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
8Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
1Peter 1: 3-9

While we are on the subject of trials ,I've often wonderd while the king saw three in the fire and the fourth was as bronze with them ...imagine the glory of Gods power the three Hebrew children saw while thier clothes didn't burn or even smell of smoke ..the faith they must have Gained as God used them to change a kingdom ....Praise The Lord on high ...Rev
