GLORY BE TO THE SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit of God, the Third Person of the Trinity, applies the blessings of God directly to your personal life. The Holy Spirit brings these blessings home to you so you realize you are forgiven. The Bible describes this work of the Spirit in Ephesians 1:13-14. "In Him [Christ], you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvationhaving also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory."

The Good News is that Christ died in payment for sins (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Trusting faith in Christ is essential. Faith enters our lives when we are spiritually reborn and renewed, when we hear and embrace the good news (1 Peter 1:23).

After we believe, our lives bear spiritual fruit (Galatians 5:22). Love, joy and peace bubble up from within our hearts. This fruit is evidence of our forgiveness. It is also a visible badge or seal of the Spirit. It is a pledge of heaven. For this reason, Christ said, "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). Glory be to the Spirit.

The Sign of Tongues.
The promise of the Father, Acts 1;4. was and is evidence by speaking in "Tongues" as the Spirit gives utterence. Acts 2;4. 10;46. and 19;6.
And as Follows.

1. The Consciousness of the Deity of Jesus of Nazareth {John 14;20.}.
2. The Consciousness of our "Indwelling in Him" {John 3;23-24}. and He in us. Ephesians 3;17.
3. Divine illumination concerning His Word, and Will. {John 14; 16-17.}
4. "The Testimony of Jesus, {"Revelation 19;10. John 15;26-27."}. The Lord Jesus said that,
after recieving this promice, you shall be witnesses unto me, Acts 1;8.
5, The three-fold conviction of the Word by the Spirit in us. {"I will send the comforter to you
and when He is come, He will reprove the World of Sin, of Righteousness, and of Judgement"}
1a. The Greatest Sin of fallen Man is {his unbelief}.
2a.The need of Righteousness of Jesus Christ.
3a. The Judgement of satan. {Hebrews 2;14-15.}

6. Our continual guidence into the deep things of God. {John 16;13. and 1st Corinthians. 2;9-10.
7. The Spiritual Glorification of Jesus Christ, { to the exclusion of self} {John 16;14.
Ephesians 1;17-23. and Colossians 2;15, 3;3.

It is also clear from Holy Scriptures,that God bears witness both with signs and wonders, and with divers Miracles, and gives the Holy Spirit to whom he wills, I recognise that the gifts are
for the building up of the Body of Christ, we must not forget, or allow others to for instance
the Word of Wisdom.
the Word of Knowledge.
Faith.
Gifts of Healing,
Working of Miracles.
Prophesy.
Discernment of Spirits.
Tongues, and the Descernment of Tongues.
Dividing to everyone as He will; and it should be crearly understood by everyone that the
Baptism of the Holy Spirit is the "Gate" into and not the "Goal" of a true and full Christian life.
