When you were born again, you weren't half-reborn, you weren't made half-righteous or a quarter righteous. You were made the righteousness of God in Christ! You were made a "joint-heir with Him." According to Strong's Concordance that word joint-heir refers to a personal equality based on an equality of possession.

Jesus went to the Cross to give you what He already possessed. He rose again so you could be recreated in His image. You are the victory of Almighty God! You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. You are everything to the Father that Jesus is. John 17:23 actually says that God loves you as much as He loves Jesus.

Once you dare to accept that fact, your life will forever be changed. You'll no longer be satisfied to just sit around whining and wishing things were different. You'll want to step up to the position of authority that Jesus has given you, to take your rightful place beside Him and learn to operate the way He does.

As His people, we are everything to God that Jesus is.

If you'll receive that message, if you'll dare to believe it, if you'll dare to put it into action, it will radically alter your life. It will take you from religion to reality!

God does love us as much as he Loves Jesus..... We have just as much favor with God as Jesus did....We never have to lack in power to bless, and lay hands on the sick. Our prayers never fall in the wayside somewhere.....

First what do you guys think Paul meant by this statement?

Think of it this way. If a father dies and leaves great wealth for his young children, those children are not much better off than slaves until they grow up, even though they actually own everything their father had. Gal. 4:1

Secondly where do you draw the line for " we are the same as Christ" thinking?

Are we now the way, truth and life?

I am speaking for me NOT them

God the Father loves ALL equally, John 17:23 KJV says: thou...hast loved them, as thou hast loved me - that's why God was willing to have Jesus die to save us.

The same Holy Spirit who desended onto Jesus & came to dwell in Jesus' desciples after His assention, dwells in us today - if we have chosen to be His.

Thus, the same power that enabled the disciples to do the miracles they did, indwells in us Christians today.

So we don't have the power of ourselves, but the power God gave us is right there to tap into.

This is why Jesus said........... The works that I do, ye shall do also. God is not any less devoted to us, than he was to Jesus........... That should build great confidence and be another piece of evidence from Scripture that we do not have to feel any condemnation about past sin when we are praying.

The Statement used, that God's love is shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Ghost is often used to prove that we do have the love of God in us, and should love others and act in love toward no matter how we feel about it. It's Walking in love according to our new nature, and who is in us, not according to how we feel, which is just flesh.

Now that is putting scripture in context because it tells us God's love is shed abroad in our hearts........

Lets not miss what the whole passage is about though.

Rom 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
Rom 5:3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
Rom 5:4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:


We have the faith (Should have) that will overcome the World. No mater what comes your way, if you will not get in fear or feel sorry for yourself, but believe and speak only the Word, the victory over everything is yours.

Paul is talking about having faith, and going though tribulation in life..... Trouble can come, because we live in a rotten place. but then Paul finished with this, concerning Tribulation......

Rom 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Why are we going to survive all tribulation, overcome the World, fear nothing, no matter the report??

Because of that Love of God in us.... His love for us, the same Love he loved Jesus with, the same victory he gave Jesus when he walked away and slipped though the fingers of this trying kill him. Jesus was able to boldly say that no man can take my life unless I lay it down.. No wonder Paul said he choose to stick around and help though it better to be with Jesus..... In Tim Paul said

2Ti 4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.

Paul got a hold of the Love of God that protects and takes care of his Children.

It is our spirit or inner man that is just like Christ (Eph 4:24,1Jn 5:18). This new man has the mind of Christ (1Co 2:15-16). It is our soul that He saves (will, intellect, emotions, etc) and this manifests as our mind is renewed (Rom 12:2). A immature believer can be Christlike in his spirit and a real mess in his thinking. :shock:
Our ultimate goal is complete renewal of our mind or being renewed in the very life force of our mind (Eph 4:23). Lining our thoughts up with the Word of God causes us to speak life and manifest that whcih is our ultimate goal ( Eph 4:13, Eph 4:15).:shade:

Just a note: I believed there are two ways to see the Truth.
The Subjective and objective way. These two are very important when presenting the truth. The Objective is what Christ has done and what He has brought everyone that believed and will yet believed on Him into it. But the Subjective aspect of it is my and your responsibility to walk in what He has provided.

When they are closely look at, then we may be able to get the clearance of what the early Apostle went through before they turned the world upside down.

Let me give a brief history:

1.Before the conversion of 3,000 men (not including women and children), the Apostles has spent close to three and half years with Christ here on earth. Which means that for that period of time, they were spending time with Christ, learning of Him.

2. Though, most of us read of Stephen and Philip. How the face of Stephen was shining like face of an Angel and also how Philip turned a whole city of Samaria to a joyous city, but do we really know the time interval between the conversion of this men and the miracles that happened in their life? Well, they spent 4 good years under the Apostolic teachings of Christ through the twelves Apostles and also Church life. (I wonder many christian don't know what the Church life is cause many of us were born into denominational-ism)

3. We've also read of Paul; But did Paul did all he did after he gave his to Christ? The answer is NO!.. How many years does it takes Paul to manifest the Glory of Christ both to the Jews and Gentiles? Maybe we need to search our bible for that. But I know that Paul spent 6years knowing the way of Christ and 15 days with Peter.........

Let me Purse there!

Now, what is the Point? Consider the Time and Patience with the undiluted word of God in those early days of Apostles and the Church life, then compare it with 21st century gospel and denominational-ism. What do you get?

It is very easy to speak on Faith, Love, Hope, Miracles, Signs and Wonders but, No one really love to talk about WAITING and TIMING.
For us as Christian of 21st century to lay hold and claim what has been done for us in Christ then we MUST return to the EARLY DAYS of Apostles when there were Undiluted and Unadulterated word of God and the Church life. We must return to His presence and spent more time with Him not with our various Sunday ritual worship. Christianity is not a religion neither is it a traditions. It is a Person and we must return to Him. Sabbath day is not a day of the week rather it is a Person.

These where it all begun.

In fact before that same day of Pentecost (the outpouring of the Holy Spirit) the only time Peter took his foot out of his mouth was to change shoes- LOL. Peter was a terrified wretch one minute and a new man afraid of nothing the next as the power and presence of God saturated him. Even after Jesus appeared in a locked room having been raised from the dead some doubted (Mat 28:17).
So my thought is this- we have the same Holy Spirit available to live and dwell with us today as they did then. Signs and wonders are not all that uncommon in some circles and that is fine but we do not follow signs- signs follow us. A part of the last days church I feel those who are walking in faith are experiencing more today as He pours out His Spirit on them. God is not holding anything back from anyone who believes in and walks in the reality of His finished work.

Walking in the reality of what Christ has done does it only entails by confessing it? Is it not in Waiting daily on Him and desiring for His fellowship that this reality is birth into us? I tell you, Keep confessing what He has done and neglect the fellowship He longs for from you and see the futility of your mere words which is like "rain without a cloud"

And If that is the way you see what I posted then the question is why is 21st century not manifesting what the Apostles manifested? Yea, we are so full of knowledge without Life in it.......

Or do you just think that after one gave/gives his life to Christ he is automatically IN Christ? Or does God waste His anointing on unbroken life? If that was so then, We shouldn't have read about Moses, Abraham, Joseph, Joshua, David or other men of faith in the Old testament, neither should we have consider the Life of John the Baptist nor the brokenness of Peter. In fact, Christ shouldn't had have any disciples from the beginning if the HE doesn't want to lay a foundation or pattern for us to follow. The holy spirit should have been poured on any body on that day of Pentecost and not the disciples!! The disciples shouldn't have took time to teach those who believed on Christ about Christ Act 2:41-47...

You know my fear about this 21st century Christianity? Many has develop itching ear and hip up teachers of their own who will speaks sweet words to them!! No wonder because we are already in the last day.

May the Lord deliver us from "keep confessing it kind of faith" and open our eye to the reality of our days so that we may forsake all and embrace Him more dearly above all our "religiosity of faith".

It's clearly told Peter not only for Jesus.
Pro 20:24 :Man's goings are of the LORD; how can a man then understand his own way?

Joh 13:36 Simon Peter asked him, "Lord, where are you going?" Jesus replied, "Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow later."
Joh 13:37 Peter asked, "Lord, why can't I follow you now? I will lay down my life for you."
Joh 13:38 Then Jesus answered, "Will you really lay down your life for me? I tell you the truth, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times!

if peter really lay down his life for Jesus how about gospel,we should don't have the chapter "1Peter" "2Peter"
Mat 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

2Co 3:9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His Righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

1Cor 2:9 But as it is written:
"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
