Five minute Pan Cake

This is something you do when you'r ereally hungry. Now, I know most you know what this is, you probably know it better than I do, but, it's what I cook and I'd like to share.

Have a container, spoons, cup and fork in place.
The container- stores the flour.
Spoons- mixing
Cup- milk
Fork- aids in flipping.

Add a cup of flour or so into a container. Crack an egg or two into it and stir with a spoon.
Cut an onion and add it in, but not much. Add a spoon of pepper,a cup of milk and as much sugar as you may need. Stir the combination.

Place a pan on the cooker. Add some oil in and light on fire.

Pour the combination in to the pan in as much proportions as you would consider okay. Be careful as this is the shaping step. You might want to have a good shape and weight.

Anyway, let it fry for a little more than a minute and flip it over to the other side; doing the same.

onion pancakes

I've never tried pancakes with onion. Do you eat them plain or put something on top of them? Like I put syrup or applesauce or jam on mine. I really enjoy trying new things. Just this past week I had what my friend called "Jewish penicillian" Chicken soup with matzo balls, it was very tasty and having been sick any food brought to me was a gift. :)
