Matt 10:34-40
34 "Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.
35 "For I have come to 'set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law';
36 "and 'a man's enemies will be those of his own household.'
37 "He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.
38 "And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
39 "He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.
40 "He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.
Luke 1:71-75

Rom 12:19-21
19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay," says the Lord.

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Heb 10:30-31

xxx Your family is either your brother in Christ or their your enemy. No one can straddle the fense. To be a Christian one must change their loyalties their family ties. To be a Christian you have been adopted into a new family. One does this in their belief system.If you are under age only God can take you out of the family. But you can change your beliefs towards family ties.
John 12:25
25 "He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
