When you compare that verse Ephesians 4:30 with these references below;

1 Corinthians 3:10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

It means you are saved no matter what, but Christians can grieve the Holy Spirit in us when we sow to the works of the flesh in reaping corruption which defiles the temple of God and the wages of sin is physical death for why when the Bridegroom comes and the believer has not turned to Him for help to depart from those sins and keep them from those sins, they run the risk of being left behind to die but their spirits will be with the Lord in Heaven albeit they missed out on the rapture event in being taken as vessels unto honor in His House and left behind as vessels unto dishonor still in His House but to die on earth.

So if any believer wishes to partake of the rapture event for their first inheritance; turn to Jesus Christ & trust Him as your Good Shepherd and not just as Your Saviour in asking the Father in Heaven to have Him leading you away from temptation & delivering you from the evil one for Thine is the kingdom the power and the glory forever. Amen.

It simply means let the Spirit lead, teach and comfort you. Do not go about doing what you think is right, let the Spirit lead you into what is right. Dead works vs Spirit led works!

The Holy Spirit of God has sealed us unto the day of redemption, which is the resurrection: When we will be raised to life according to God's promise of life in Christ Jesus, which is promised to all who believe and trust in the efficacy of the sacrifice of Christ on their behalf.

How solid is the foundation of our hope, in Christ Jesus, based as it is on the promise of God, Who cannot lie.

How do we grieve the Holy Spirit? I believe the context reveals that: for if we have bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour. evil speaking and malice in our hearts, and manifested in our lives the Holy Spirit will be grieved. So we are to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven us.

It simply means let the Spirit lead, teach and comfort you. Do not go about doing what you think is right, let the Spirit lead you into what is right. Dead works vs Spirit led works!

He does remind us of all the things Jesus has taught us John 14:26 and so it is by His words how the Spirit leads us right. Since all the fruits of the Spirit are by Jesus Christ per Philippians 1:11 & John 16:13-15 then we know it is Jesus that shall finish His work in us to His glory and to the glory of God the Father as the role of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Son and by Him the Father; John 16:14
