How are you guys dealing with what is coming? Ignoring, oblivious or stressed? I am stressing to be honest.

The end times are going to be a roller coaster of frustrations and suffering.

Jesus knew what was coming and He was not looking forward to it. God gave the wicked power over him. We see His crisis in these two verses:

Luke 22:42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
Luke 22:44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

It is hence perfectly normally for us to have a ''crisis'' of sort after reading and grasping the following:

Matt 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

This verse is speaking to you and me. We are those that will be handed over. God gives the beast power to wage war with the saints Rev 13:7.

Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth.

This is a prophecy of saints in heaven that were martyred for Jesus during the tribulation. This is you and me! We are asking God to avenge our blood. We would not ask this if we died of peaceful natural causes or humanely. We are upset and eager for vengeance.

I have many thoughts of what is coming. Anyone who knows their history should have a good idea. When wicked people demonize us, we will have repeat offenses on par with, if not worse then the WW 2 treatment of Jews.

God's people have always endured hardships. Most of us living today, have not. I would think we need to be very mindful of what is to come as we need to solidify our relationship with God. If we don't we are going to be like a person that forgot to buckle up on a roller coaster ride.

Just to put all at ease. God has given me some comforting visions. I have been in great need of them!! The end times are going to be terrible. But every step of the way, Jesus will be with us. One hour will feel like a day. But it will be time spent with Jesus. We will not worry about our loved ones, children or pets. Jesus will talk to us and give us comfort. He will be with them in His way. This will not make sense to many onlookers. But it will to us who trust Him and understand that He is control of all things.

I believe that Matthew 24:9 describes something that has already happened - the 70AD judgement and destruction of Jerusalem.

God gives us grace to deal with the situations that we are in, not necessarily the situations we might find ourselves in.

Do I - right now - have the strength and faith to deal with extreme persecution? No. But my situation right now is that I'm sitting on a sofa with the central heating on and no immediate danger.

If I were to be dragged off to be beaten until I renounce my faith, I'm sure God would give me the grace to deal with it.

The good news is that Jesus is Lord of all -- nothing, no persecution or disaster, is beyond him.

Actually Rev 6:10 is for those whom have been martyred already as the tribulation period comes at the opening of the sixth seal. If you back up and look at the last half of 6:10 you see that he tells them to "rest yet for a little season until their fellow servants also and their BRETHREN, THAT SHOULD BE KILLED AS THEY WERE, SHOULD BE FULFILLED."
And 6:10 is the opening of the 5th seal.
At the opening of the sixth seal is when those of us left on the face of the earth are given over to the power of the beast. Matthew 24:9 you speak of.
But like Jesus we must come to the mindset of whatever happens to me is what has been ordained of God.

I have yet to see the great falling away though and therefore see this as a much in the future event (i'm in US), although still suffer persecution just not in a physical way as of yet, more of a shunning or avoiding or your not welcome in our house of worship. But were told this would happen. If they hated him then they will hate us right? I'm looking forward to the releasing of the last group that does preach the gospel unto all the world, because this will cause the great ***** to fall as God will openly show the world who the true church is and obviously who they represent through true signs and wonders just like a great big group of Jesus' upon the face of the earth doing the will and only the will of their Father.
And once this is seen the false religions will fall. Then shall come our time of purifying and death.
But as Paul has said "For me to die is gain" can we all say that yet?
