10-20-07 THE HARVEST (A Dream)
I saw before me many fields of golden yellow wheat gently swaying in the breeze. It was a beautiful sight to behold.
I saw a machine, shaped like a pitchfork moving at high speed through the fields. It was cutting down everything in its path. In these fields I saw people standing between the rows of grain. Some of these people were crying and wailing. Others stood defiantly and hollered "I dare you" to the machine. The machine and its operator moved on relentlesly. Cutting down everyone in its path
I watched until nothing was left standing. What remained was a barren wasteland.
I then saw beyond this scene of destruction and desolation another grainfield. This field was not being harvested by machine. It was being harvested by many workers. They were cutting down the grain by hand.
I could see people hiding between the rows of grain. When the harvesters came upon one of these in hiding, they would reach out and attempt to grab them up. Some of these people came willingly and some were defiant and would run away. Eventually the defiant ones were cut down and killed.
I prayed about this dream and the Lord led me to:
Jer 44:22 "So the Lord could no longer bear it, because of the evil of your doings and because of the abominations which you committed. Therefore your land is a desolation, an astonishment, a curse, and without an inhabitant, as it is this day.
Jer 44:23 "Because you have burned incense and because you have sinned against the Lord, and have not obeyed the voice of the Lord or walked in His law, in His statutes or in His testimonies, therefore this calamity has happened to you, as at this day."
10-20-07 THE SHAKING (A Dream)
I saw before me a large city with many large buildings and skyscrapers. I believe it was San Francisco.
I saw people going about their business rushing to and fro. Suddenly I saw cars being heaved into the air. The windows began to blow out of the skyscrapers and they began to buckle. I watched as cracks developed in the roads and I saw people tumble into these cracks. Everything was being shaken and turned upside down.
Then the Lord spoke to my spirit:
"This is the earthquake, that is coming to this land." .
