prophecy is one thing, pointless statements about world leaders that have no grounding in scripture are another. Patriotism is borne out of loyalty (a godly quality) and no one is expected to be patriotic anymore than the posible figurehead of a countries governemnt (like Hilary Clinton).

Makes enough sense. And I believe Hillary is going to win, which is why I believe 2009 things are going to start coming to an end. Jesus never said we couldn't know the year of His coming, He said the day nor the hour, He told us the things we should watch for as a sign of the times.
ok hang on a moment, are you saying that the rapture is going to happen just because there's a woman in the Whitehouse? Here in England we've already had a bunch of queens (some during the time when the british empire was the world's leading super power) and a female prime minister (our version of president) and as far as I know the world didn't end then, and it didn't end in the 1980s when Margret Thatcher was the prime minister.

The signs of God's rapture or second coming does not depend on one country. We might want to think the world evolves around us, but God sets his own time. There has been women rulers all through the ages.
I agree things will be different if she is elected, the first female in the white house that's big. I don't think the big boys would want a skirt telling them what to do, so there will be problems and the house will be divided. From my observation, (I've watched the debates ) she seem robotic and I've never seen a sensitive side to her.

I advise people to quit saying " Hillary will bring the rapture " because we will have crazy Christian fanatics voting for her in hope that the rapture comes.

If you don't think shes going to do a good job then that makes sense but objecting to Hillary Clinton without any kind of actual basis for your your objection other than a feeling that she might cause the rapture makes absolutly no sense.

I wasn't implying she herself would bring the rapture, just that her being in the White house is a very big change. America has a lot of influence and control over the world, that being said, I believe that America has a very big part to play in the end times. I don't believe God's going to let us go on the way we do very much longer in this world. Its more corrupt now then it's ever been, especially because it's the end times. There's plenty of end time prophecies being fulfilled they're just not thrown at you on the Media.

I'm glad I'm not the only Christian who shares interest in all this. There's a lot of things going on especially with Media, what with subliminal messages in music and TV even the Internet. It shows you just how much control the devil has over this world, but that won't go on for very much longer. The devil has lost, and Our God prevails. The government and the devils plans are not so secret any more, and the only thing that can help us is God's Word and studying it.

well the latin on the dollar refers to the formation of the USA don't it? As for the use of solomon's temple I'm not sure, I've heard loads of rumors about the founding fathers of the USA, including something about Abe Lincon and others being members of the illuminati or some other secret organisation. I guess when I really think about it I don't really care about who's running the USA, as long as you don't come invade my quiet corner of the globe you carry on. It might be a different flavor, the faces and colours on the billboards might change but Democracy exists to resist change and cater for the majority. Its always going to be middle of the road and lukewarm and last time I checked, Jesus spits lukewarm people out.
