Right now I am experiencing great spiritual and emotional turmoil and am in need of God's presence more than ever. I am facing an incredibly difficult reality and cannot get through this without the help of God. I don't quite know where He is leading me, but I know that it is good, and I pray for the strength to get through this valley quickly.

It is not often I have others pray for me but I am in such great need at the moment, so I ask that you would please pray for my heart- that God would take complete control of it and transform it. I ask that you would pray for my will- that God would take control of it as well and mold it according to His will. And please pray that God would grant me the strength to let go of the proper things so that I can grasp on to the right things.

Hi A.N.---Sounds like you are pretty stretched out---Pretty vague for details so I will just agree with you in prayer that Gods will be done in your circumstances and that you will find spiritual rest, relief and comfort soon--------At times like this I usually go back and visit Davids plight in the Psalms and I make a personal prayer of Psalms 51 which enables me to reach that personal point of abandon I need to let go and let God---Got you in my prayers.

Happy

Hello, AudreyNicole

Peace be unto you,

I see that this post is a month old. Sorry that I'm late.

I will begin praying for you anyway—that you are okay and will overcome the challenges that came to you.

Read and pray often.

Sister AudreyNicole. My these words, after my prayer before the Lord, bring you safely to where you wish to be! I see you on a narrow road, the pressures of money needs, and personal needs are the darkness that surrounds you. It is so hard to see through the darkness that looks to make you part of it.

And here Audrey, it is here!! You need to know something!! That which you cannot see right now because of this darkness lies a little ways before you! Do not fear! Do not remain still.Press forward. because a most loving Jesus awaits you! You have come far!! For like you, many are in the very same darkness.

We only become part of this darkness when we stay with the darkness.I have found out the hard way myself in this. When we are in a valley, as many of us have been, and some are,we cannot see the hill to even climb to the light. From the hill, we look for, we can hear these words!( matt 5:1-13)

Jesus knew way back here, where many are! He went up to the mountain,so all could hear his voice, and continue to be led in the direction many wished to go! Jesus did nor speak soft here!! I believe Jesus boomed the words out! BLESSED!!!!! in verse 3-11!! Then those in the valley were reminded of something!! Verse 13-16) why?? Because Jesus knows that HIS SHEEP HEAR!! his voice!!( john 10:7-29) verse 27

My sheep hear my voice! That is Jesus calling to you dear sister. darkness grows the closer we get to our Jesus! The devil looks to steal just once more from you,( John 10:10) But Jesus has given us the Power of his Great name!!( Phil 2:9-11) But to those who do not cry our this, what good can be done? Faith cometh by hearing!!( rom 10:17) our own ears must hear!

The devil wants silence from God's people! He does not want us to utter a single scripture to part the darkness from us. Remember Moses? Exodus 14:13 Moses first said to the people do not fear! As you have done here! Encouraging others! helping others! YES loving others! verse 14 as you here have spoken many times,The Lord will fight for you while you keep silent!

verse 15 THEN the Lord spoke unto Moses WHY!! are you crying out to me? GO forward! why? because God knew that if Moses was to stand still, and keep silent, no faith is being used! We speak, then we do!( james 1:22) For if we do not do,where can we go in Jesus?

He is calling unto you my sister, you hear his voice,do not remain still, speak boldly, and move forward in the mighty name of Jesus! He cannot lie,and he cannot nor will he ever forsake his own people!( Heb 13:5-6) ( titus 1:2 and Hebrews 6:18) Is this tough? sure it is!!

But my sister, you are learning as we all are,to have faith,we must use our faith.God will do the rest! My prayers are always with you! I know you will come out of this darkness, and I know!! You will stand upon the mountain with Jesus and proclaim his Great light to others,as you have done so many times here for us!! Blessing to you always!

Will pray.

Dear Audrey Nicole,

It is comforting to know that all true Christians have had similar experiences. A couple of verses that I find to be very helpful when going through a trying time are James 1:2-4 "Count it all joy my brethren when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produceds endurance, and let endurance have its perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." You were right on when you asked us to pray for you to be open to the work that our gracious Lord wants to do in you. I believe this passage in the book of James is telling us just that. He is already at work :)
