Born again of Gods spirit/meaning Christ in you. Arranged by Jim Wright
The big question are you born again.? This is life's most important question. Jesus Christ said, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God" {john 3:3}.
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but incorruptible, by the WORD OF GOD, which liveth and abideth for ever.
{1 peter 1:23}.
We enter the physical world by birth. Spiritual life likewise is entered with a birth. We become members of Gods family by birth, by being born again.". there is no other way to get in the human family except by birth, and there is no other way to get in Gods family except by the new birth.
Here are some scriptures that Paul teaches on Christ in you the spirit of God.
Of which I am made a minister according to the dispensation of God, which is given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God, even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints.
To them God would make known what are the riches of the glory of this MYSTERY among the Gentiles, which is CHRIST IN YOU THE HOPE OF GLORY. Colossians 1:25-27}.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God. which things we speak, not in the words which mans wisdom teaches, but which the HOLY GHOST TEACHES; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the NATURAL MAN receives not the things of the spirit of GOD: for they are FOOLISHNESS unto him: neither can he know them, because they are SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED. But he that is SPIRITUAL JUDGETH all things, yet he himself is JUDGED of no man. To be born again you first must realize there is NOTHING you can do to make yourself WORTHY of heaven.
Not by WORKS of righteousness which WE have done, but according to HIS MERCY he SAVED US. Titus 3:5}.
Next you must REPENT. GOD now commanded all men everywhere to REPENT:" acts 17:30}.
REPENTANCE is a CHANGE of HEART /MIND which causes you to TURN to GOD and AWAY from your PRESENT SINFUL WAY OF LIFE.
YOU must BELIEVE that CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS according to the scriptures; AND that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES:"{1 Corinthians 15:3-4}.
Then you should RECEIVE CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOUR. But as many as RECEIVED him (Jesus), to them gave he POWER to become the SONS OF GOD, even to them that believe on his name:" john 1:12}.
That if thou shall CONFESS with thy MOUTH the LORD JESUS, and shall BELIEVE IN THE HEART THAT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD , YOU SHALL BE SAVED. Romans 10:9}.
THIS THEN IS THE MESSAGE WHICH WE HAVE HEARD OF HIM, AND DECLARE UNTO YOU, THAT GOD IS LIGHT, AND IN HIM IS NO DARKNESS AT ALL.
IF WE SAY THAT WE HAVE FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM, AND WALK IN DARKNESS, WE LIE, AND DO NOT PRACTICE THE TRUTH.
BUT IF WE WALK IN THE LIGHT, AS HE IS IN THE LIGHT, WE HAVE FELLOWSHIP ONE WITH ANOTHER, AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON CLEANSETH US FROM ALL SIN.
IF WE SAY THAT WE HAVE NO SIN, WE DECEIVE OURSELVES, AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN US.
IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS, HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS, AND TO CLEANSE US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.
