Bible study about man in today's society

Hello. At our youth group we'll have a discussion about man in today's society. I would like us to discuss about the problems that men face, their role, needs... What it means to be a young man, a husband, a father, colleague at university or work... We're also going to have an older married couple with us in order to share from their experience. I was wondering if you had any interesting topics that could be discussed during such a meeting. I would like to know which are of the greatest interest. I think it would be also great if some women could express their opinion about some issues specific to men in our culture. Thanks

Being an older man myself 64, I do believe that men are to passive in not speaking out against cursing in the public. It is a horrific problem now days with the youth even elders. When I was a kid if an elder heard one swearing whether if he knew the person or not he would almost always speak out to the vulgar person in order to work on their conscience. Swearing is one of the greatest things the devil uses to destroy the youths conscience with. Once the conscience begins eroding the devil can easily move on to more grievous things sex and drugs most prominent . May God supper bless you and yours and the Bible group.
