Being Prepared

Loyal
Many would like to think they are ready for heaven, in the concept of the Rapture. We should not be jumping to conclusions as if we think we know the mind of God, rather with joy accepting His plan for us.

Knowing our names are written in heaven, should be enough. And doing His will up to the time He calls us home.

So we need to think about coming events, and how we are going to work with eachother. Anticipating, the draw of the darkness, and how we are going to deal with it.

Already there have been mass shootings in Christian Schools, and instead of these things being condemned, they are being praised. Somewhat reminiscent of the Jews in Nazi Germany.

Even worse, will be the Mark of the Beast. This will cause many Christians to fall. And be carefull, and warry of ministers telling you it is "ok" to recieve the that Mark.

In short, we do not know God's plans. It may very well be, He chooses many of you to say behind.

The teaching of the Rapture fails to mention, the person left behind can very well be a Christian too.

Think of Enoch, he loved God, and God took him. Did Elijah love God any less. What of the Apostle John, it says right in scripture " The Apostle Jesus loved" yet he was the last to go.

It does not matter, how much you love God, and it should not matter if you are here on Earth or there in Heaven. Your name written in Heaven. Just be prepared, and help others to be prepared

The entire "Left Behind" enterpri$e is based upon a perversion of Scripture: "Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left." - Matt. 24:40, 41. Isn't that the rapture? No, that's a classic twist created by the Rapture Cult.

Jesus says his return will be just like in the days of Noah. He says all of Noah's neighbors were unsaved people who were eating and drinking and they didn't know the flood was coming until it came and "took them all away." So when the flood came, who got "taken away"? The evil ones, who didn't know the judgement was coming: "And knew not until the flood came and took them all away; So shall also the coming of the son of man be." - Matt. 24:39.

Jesus says the one will be taken and the other left. So who got taken? The one who was destroyed, just as it was in the days of Noah. In fact, when the disciples asked where they were taken, Jesus said look for the vultures, for that's where the dead bodies will be: "And they answered and said unto Him, Where Lord? And He said unto them, Wheresoever the body is there will the eagles be gathered together." - Luke 17:37. IOW, you want to be left behind!

This thred was not to start up an argument with those who believe in the Rapture or not. It is as you just pointed out, it does not say which person is or is not the Christian. In other words, they can both be.

No one bothers to use discernment when the paster / priest speaks. So i like using a little common sense to make people think about what they are saying.

Also, my thred is aimed more at being prepared for what is to come.
