As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.

We speak words of love. But the reality very often does not match our words. Life is brief, although we don't like to dwell on it, we will not live on this earth forever. Living without love, is not living at all. If we cannot live love here in this life, how can we expect to live with Love itself in the next? If we cannot forgive and show mercy, how can we expect to receive it? If we do not live by faith, how will we grow? If we do not follow the will of God, how can we abide in His perfect love? When our life here is over, what will be remembered?
Prayer
Your love is life to us. Fill us with Your love and give us the wisdom to follow after the things that are pleasing to You. Thank You for loving us; showing us mercy; giving us faith and forgiving us. We don't deserve it but You have given it to us in abundance. Praise Your Holy name forever!
