An understanding of Genesis 1:14-19

In God's fourth phase of creation He made that stars formed in second heaven and He systematized, our solar system, them for signs and seasons, day and night and provided that the moon reflected that there'd be light at night. And God was pleased with the completion of His 4th phase or process of His provision for universe/humanity.
