I can't tell if it is just me WANTING to go into ministry or if God is actually calling me. I have been praying about it, but I am just looking for confirmation one way or the other from our Lord. How can I tell if he is calling me? Please pray for me that I receive a clear answer. I don't just want this to be something I want, I want to make sure that it is his will.

Looking back to my youth.....like you I was a young man 23.y.o.a ...wondering if God was calling.......
I did the following.
I went to a nearby hamlet and began a Sunday School.......Sunday afternoon., as was the way of life here in England...
It developed to a church....Not taking all the glory....surely not. I engaged an Evangelist to help me for a couple of weeks at one point. Twice I recall.
We put up a building....I was working in industry at this time, while my heart was engaged in this. Thirteen years passed......
People came to Jesus....ect.
Last year 2009 a new building was erected....this was afforded by the selling of the expanse of land we bought when I was a young man..
At the opening of the New Building last year I was filled with joy to be shaking hands with folks I brought to Jesus 45/50 years ago.
My answer to your question would be, that if you feel such as you express........put it to the test.
I did.......and 50 years later I look back and am able to say thankyou Jesus....I did that....when I was young.
