Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. Philippians 4:5

When Paul advises you to “let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do,” he’s saying to make a conscious decision to be kind and thoughtful since others are watching you. Not that you’re supposed to do it simply for show, but be aware that others are observing you and judging the Gospel by how you live it out in your daily life.

Jesus said something similar: “let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

Shakespeare declared, “All the world’s a stage,” and explained that everyone acts out the part given them to play. The world is a stage for Christians as well. “We have been made a spectacle to the whole universe, to angels as well as to human beings” (1 Corinthians 4:9). And how are you to act? Considerate.

In common usage, to be considerate means to show kindness and awareness for another person’s feelings; it literally means to ponder, to carefully consider others and their needs. In the most intimate of relationships—marriage—the Bible advises, “Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives” (1 Peter 3:7).

To act in a considerate manner, you need to be motivated by love.

Good post. I think this is an aspect of Christianity that somehow is getting lost.

2 Cor 5:20; Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

If we really are ambassadors for Jesus, do we live like it? If people look at us to see what Christians are like, do they see us in a good light?

Rom 2:23; You who boast in Law, do you dishonor God through breaking the Law?
Rom 2:24; For the name of God is blasphemed among the nations because of you, as it is written.

Is the name of God blasphemed because of you? Do you claim to have Jesus in you, but live like the devil?

One of the mysteries that have now been revealed by God is.....

Eph 3:10 [The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere. (AMP)

Even when we are physically alone, we are never alone spiritually.
