After all we are brothers and sisters!
I know few brothers or sisters here at TJ, that I have not had some disagreement with. Over the years, I have gotten my share of likes, so there has also been some agreement. Nonetheless, I think that most of us are spiritual brothers and sisters.

I know that God, in his supreme knowledge, is the only one that knows for sure if someone is truly saved, and of course he makes the final judgement.
For me, one basic premise of a believer is whether / or not, you believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and your Savior, and therefore, since I agree, we are brothers and sisters in Christ.

Based on this premise, and all who read this question, will you answer in agreement that you are a Bother or Sister in Christ with me by posting a like to this new thread or replying with an affirmative answer?:):)

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Ephesians 4:1-6

Thank you for sharing brother @RJ

Let us all seek to remember the Lord's love that binds us together.
And may our postings here at Talk Jesus reflect that love

Blest be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like to that above.

Before our Father’s throne
We pour our ardent prayers;
Our fears, our hopes, our aims are one
Our comforts and our cares.

We share each other’s woes,
Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows
The sympathizing tear.

When we asunder part,
It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,
And hope to meet aga
in.

This glorious hope revives
Our courage by the way;
While each in expectation lives,
And longs to see the day.

From sorrow, toil and pain,
And sin, we shall be free,
And perfect love and friendship reign
Through all eternity*

I consider all who seek the truth in Christ brothers(no gender,no race) and children of God.
God answered my prayers when I knew almost nothing about him and he answered
when I believed things I now consider wrong and he answers now that I know a little more.

Conclusion:
What I believe now is not as important as the fact that "I now believe".

4 out of 6, @Fragrant Grace, @amadeus2 ,@Thiscrosshurts and @Curtis so far have confirmed they are brothers and sisters in Christ. I am not sure why but two others have read the thread but have not committed, pretty simple question, and you would think a basic agreement for a member of TJ?

Greetings RJ,

I didn't know that readers are required to reply.

I do know that I don't reply to every thread or post I read and there are some that I take and seek the Lord about, if I may use that expression. It might be days or weeks and even then I may not respond but do you realise that if there is a word in a post or if a word is spoken when reading it that that word will not return void?

Bless you and keep on encouraging fellow members here in Gods love ....><>
