Well, He wasnt mean, but I agree with you assesment that we should not seek greater amounts of money to live the better life. A simple humble life is better for us all, too many ppl covet money more than they do time with the Lord. All under the pretense of the prosperity gospel... a lie for those who want to feel righteous about the gain of as much money as possible.
