A clean house?

He had his demons exorcised.

All exorcists know to not cast demons out of someone who does not want them out. That is what happened to this guy.

Waterless places is wording Jesus uses to describe a spiritual truth that you and I cannot properly grasp.
Dying mankind cannot cast out demons, Thats is more of a Catholic idea, same ones they say they can forgive sin.

That could be possible, but it goes against the "God doesn't waste His time on people He knows won't stay saved" theology that some have.
i'm not sure either to be honest.

demons do in fact leave people on their own, no exorcism needed. i suppose this might be rare but if a person turns back to God after the demons leave, they will be fine. when they don't, that door remains open.

Jesus speaking parables concerning "this generation" which initially did sweep clean their house, accept him as he rides into jerusalem on a donkey.. then 3 days later they kill him. (or the next year depending on how fast you think all that could happen) --we should probably not invent theologies from parables.

now as for kingJ who doesn't understand what the waterless places are... its the place demons exist in, unless they have a person to inhabit. Its the so called second heaven. there is no "water" or "rest" in that place.

ever notice old folks suffering from dementia, their problems leave for a week or two before they die, and their previous evil demenors return to average to good behavior?

science has no explanation for it.. but i do. the demons left them because they knew the person was about to die.

You are incorrectly assuming it is God chasing the demons out. It is not. Demons obey a Christian coming with the authority God has given them.

Mark 16:17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues

Note how it says ''they'' will drive out demons.

first, i like the warning kanji haha table flipper

second, "mAn iS t0 InTeRpReT" is nowhere in the post. But YOU go ahead and interpret the uninterpretable. No wait that makes no sense, unless one claims like an Apostle or Prophet or someone called by God to lead the people like a Pastor leads a flock. There is no stalemate. But there is the Holy Spirit.

Where two or three are gathered... Ummm... ... Ugh... I lost the plot somewhere. ... "A Clean House". Cast out devils!

The two or three are those that are lovingly commandment to study sola scriptura in order to show oneself approved of our Holy Father.

Not the approval of the apostle they must obey the same loving commandment seeking the approval of God not the appoval of false apostles bringing false prophecy called antischrists (the legion) .

We are warned over and over we do not need dying mankind to teach us rather than that of Christ in us. Yoked with him our daily burdens can be lighter

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

He teaches us how to rightly divide or interpret his parables or figure of speech. Not leaving us as orphans without instructions

Walk or understand by the power of faith. Christ the unseen eternal.

Luk 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luk 10:20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."
