Does anyone know what "143 Jesus" means if anything?

I saw "143 Jesus" written in the snow in the middle of a frozen lake. So far someone has told me 143 means I love you 1=i, 4=love, 3=you. If anyone else has any ideas I would like to hear them. I have never seen or heard of this phrase before.

Perhaps it is taken from psalm 143:1-12 Here david appeals for mercy( 1-2) laments his present distress(3-4) longs for blessing like those of the past ( 5-6) and prays for deliverence, guidance,and vindication(7-12) Blessing to you.

Me and my wife have a code called 143.

4= love
3= You
each number corresponding to to amount of letters in each word

So 143 Jesus means "I Love You, Jesus"
