[h=3]1 Peter 1:4-10[/h]King James Version (KJV)
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
[h=3]1 Peter 1:4-12[/h]The Message (MSG)
[h=3]A New Life[/h]3-5 What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we’ve been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you’ll have it all—life healed and whole.
6-7 I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine. When Jesus wraps this all up, it’s your faith, not your gold, that God will have on display as evidence of his victory.
8-9 You never saw him, yet you love him. You still don’t see him, yet you trust him—with laughter and singing. Because you kept on believing, you’ll get what you’re looking forward to: total salvation.
10-12 The prophets who told us this was coming asked a lot of questions about this gift of life God was preparing. The Messiah’s Spirit let them in on some of it—that the Messiah would experience suffering, followed by glory. They clamored to know who and when. All they were told was that they were serving you, you who by orders from heaven have now heard for yourselves—through the Holy Spirit—the Message of those prophecies fulfilled. Do you realize how fortunate you are? Angels would have given anything to be in on this!

These are my thoughts please share yours.
4 We are made this way thru the blood of Christ which we accept when we allow Him to be Lord of our lives as He should be. The rewards He gives us will not go away but, will last forever. Our rewards will be pure as the One who gives them to us.
5 Our rewards will be given at the end of days and they will not degrease but increase as we grow and work for the Lord. We work to please the Lord not for the rewards but these rewards are given for our work, pure of heart. Our rewards are given through acts of faith.
6 We are facing troubles and trials here on earth but, the rewards of heaven will make is forget all those troubles.
7 Through our trials we grow in the Lord and grow for the Lord. Through our troubles we are to continue giving praise to the Lord.
8 Faith is beliving what is unseen we are to believe the word which is not all fulfilled untill we see Him in glory. It is by faith we believe in this day coming and through faith we will get there that day.
9 The end result of our faith is salvation and this is the greatest of all the rewards we can be given.
10 Salvation is what all the bible points to. Jesus came so we might recieve salvation by grace given thru His death on the cross.
