Like any good or great book of literature, the Bible is full of secrets. Even Jesus knew untold numbers of secrets, said only what God the Father told Him to say, and then often said them only to His closest disciples.
What’s more, Jesus found it hard to keep His foreign respite location a secret (Mark 7:24) and found it even harder to convince private miracle recipients not to say anything about it publicly (Matthew 8:4, 9:30, 17:9; Mark 1:44, 8:26; and Luke 5:14).
Some secrets should be kept secret.

Don’t keep it secret that you read this devotional, the Bible, and other Christian books.
Don’t keep it secret that you believe in Jesus Christ and His Good News of salvation.
Don’t keep it secret that you pray to the Lord God, Maker of heaven and earth, who hears and answers the prayers of His children.
Don’t keep it secret that you are a Christian and actively meet with God’s people.
Prayer: Lord, why do I walk around pretending I know national secrets? I’m ready to talk about my faith in You.
